Terms and Conditions

Carolina B&K Detailing

By booking a service with Carolina B&K Detailing (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.


Appointments & Scheduling


Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system or by contacting us directly. We will arrive within the scheduled time window provided at booking. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or prior jobs, and we will communicate any updates.


Pricing & Service Conditions


All prices listed are starting prices and may vary based on:

  • Vehicle size
  • Vehicle condition
  • Level of dirt, stains, or pet hair
  • Additional services requested


Final pricing will be confirmed upon inspection of the vehicle.


Payment Terms


Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments through Jobber and other approved electronic methods. Failure to submit payment may result in refusal of future services.


Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy


We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • No-shows may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service price


Vehicle Access & Condition


Customers must provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the vehicle or begin service, it may be treated as a cancellation.


We are not responsible for:


  • Pre-existing damage
  • Loose or damaged interior components
  • Electrical issues during or after cleaning


Heavily Soiled Vehicles


Vehicles with excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or neglect may require additional time and charges. We will notify you before proceeding with any additional costs.


Weather Policy


As a mobile service, weather conditions may impact appointments. If weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, we will reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.


Satisfaction Guarantee


Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your service, you must notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.


Liability Limitations


Carolina B&K Detailing is not liable for:


  • Pre-existing damage to vehicles.
  • Damage caused by previously worn, damaged, or fragile materials.
  • Personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
  • Customers are encouraged to remove all valuables prior to service.


Right to Refuse Service


We reserve the right to refuse service if:


  • Conditions are unsafe.
  • The vehicle poses a health risk.
  • The service requested is beyond reasonable scope.


Changes to Terms


We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
