Do you come to my home or workplace?
Absolutely! We’re excited that we can service your vehicle right at your home, apartment, or workplace, as long as there. We can't wait to help you!
Do I need to provide water or electricity?
No, our vans are fully equipped with water and electricity, ready to serve you!
How long does a detail take?
Full Detail (Carolina Crown Detail): 3–4 hours of sparkling transformation based on vehicle size and condition! Maintenance Services: 2–3 hours of refreshing care!
Do I need to be present during the service?
You don't need to be there as long as we have access to your vehicle. We'll happily let you know when the job is all done!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We're thrilled to accept all major credit and debit cards for your convenience! Payment is due upon completion of service, and we’re more than happy to send an invoice if you're out and about.
Do you offer bi-weekly or monthly plans?
Absolutely! We’re excited to offer bi-weekly and monthly plans that will keep your vehicle sparkling clean all the time! These fantastic maintenance plans are available right after you book your initial Carolina Crown Detail.
What happens if my car is very dirty?
For vehicles that need a little extra love (like pet hair, stains, or mud), we might need some extra time and there could be additional charges. Don't worry, we'll always let you know before we start the service!
Do you offer same-day appointments?
We're excited to offer same-day appointments when possible! To ensure you get your favorite time slot, we encourage you to book in advance. We can't wait to see you!
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 24 hours may result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
What happens if it rains?
We love providing you with the best mobile detailing experience! If the weather isn't cooperating, no worries— we'll happily reschedule your appointment at no extra cost!
Are your products safe for my vehicle?
Absolutely! We use top-notch, vehicle-safe products that will keep your paint, interior surfaces, and finishes looking fantastic!
